From intimate showers to full-on celebrations, Seasonal Soulstice station-style delivers bold, flavor without the fluff. Choose from curated packages or design something custom. After your request is submitted, we'll follow up with availability and a custom quote based on your event needs. (Minimum order of $375 required)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for private dining, catering, meal prep, consultations. Consultation Fee: A non-refundable consultation fee is required to book. The fee is credited towards your final invoice if services are booked within 14 days of the consultation. Securing Your Date: To officially reserve your date, a signed agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer fee are required. Dates are not held without both. Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your event or service date. No payments will be accepted the day of or after the event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Cancellations made 14+ days in advance: Retainer is non-refundable, but no additional fees apply. Cancellations made within 14 days: Retainer is forfeited and additional charges may apply based on prep already done. Rescheduling must be requested at least 10 days in advance, subject to availability. Travel Fees: A travel fee of $.50 per mile round-trip applies to events or services outside a 30-mile radius from Columbia, SC 29203. Menu Finalization & Guest Counts: All menu selections, dietary preferences, and final guest counts must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event or service. Changes after this deadline may not be accommodated and may incur additional fees.
